Qamar Cheema said that the Pakistan Navy says that this NOTAM has been issued only for routine exercises because at such times the ships are mobilized and firing takes place, hence NOTAM is issued.
Following the stern warnings from Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi, Pakistan is deeply alarmed. Now, the Pakistani Navy has issued a NOTAMAR (Notice to Mariners). Regarding the NOTAMAR, Pakistani expert Qamar Cheema says the Pakistani Navy is preparing to do something major at sea. However, he says that NOTAMARs are often issued for exercises, but the way India has warned that if they don’t stop supporting terrorism, they will be wiped off the map, it could mean something major.
Qamar Cheema said that the Pakistani Navy had issued a NOTAM, which meant something major was about to happen in Pakistani waters. He said, “We often saw that India issued these NOTAMs. Sometimes India would issue NOTAMs saying they were going to conduct air exercises.”
Is the Pakistani Army preparing to fire missiles?
Pakistani expert Qamar Cheema said, “Many people say that the Pakistani Navy issued the NOTAM because they can fire missiles. However, I read a statement from the DGPR Navy, in which they said that they were not going to fire any missiles; they were only conducting a routine exercise. When an exercise is conducted, firing takes place, and ships are mobilized on such a large scale, so the purpose of issuing a NOTAM is to send a message that this should not be misunderstood.”
Pakistan tests Fatah-4 missile.
Qamar Cheema said that recently Pakistan also tested the Fatah-4 missile, and many people were asking why it hadn’t tested the Fatah-3. He said that the speciality of the Fatah series is that when Pakistan attacked India, Fatah-1 and Fatah-2 missiles were fired. He said that Fatah-4 is a missile with a range of 750 km, so you can understand its importance and its value. However, these Pakistani missiles proved ineffective against India’s might.
What is Pakistan’s plan?
Qamar Cheema said that testing the Fatah-4 is a message from Pakistan that it can now plan to attack inside Indian territory. One reason why Pakistan is building up its navy is that the Indian Defense Minister has stated that he will use the navy. Secondly, he mentioned that the Sir Creek route leads to Karachi. This is not normal.
On October 2, on the occasion of Vijayadashami, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh warned Pakistan from a military base in Bhuj, Gujarat, that any misadventure at Sir Creek would change both its history and geography. He said, “The Indian Army and the BSF are vigilantly protecting India’s borders. Any misadventure by Pakistan in the Sir Creek area will receive a resounding response that will change both history and geography.”
He said, “I believe the Pakistani Navy is concerned that the Indians will attack Karachi, and that Pakistan will be eyeing India’s economic assets. They could attack refineries that are exporting and that the US is already very alert to, such as those that import oil from Russia. These things are discussed in war games.”
Where is Pakistan preparing to attack?
He also mentioned that Pakistan’s DG ISPR had issued a statement saying that they would now attack India’s eastern or economic centers. Qamar Cheema explained that when we talk to our soldiers, they say that India will not bring out its aircraft carriers because what Pakistan will do is destroy them. He said that when two countries fight, they attack each other’s strongest assets, such as India’s strongest assets, the S-400 and Rafale.
